3 SQUARES UNSWEETENED DARK CHOCOLATE
1 CUP SUGAR
1/8 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. VANILLA
4 EGGS
GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST

Directions:
MELT 3/4 CUP BUTTER AND 3 SQUARES OF CHOCOLATE OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL MELTED. BEAT IN 1 CUP SUGAR WITH A SPOON. ADD 1/8 TSP. SALT, KEEP BEATING AND THEN ADD 1 TSP. VANILLA. BEAT IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME UNTIL INCORPORATED. POUR INTO A GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST. FREEZE. ADD ANY KIND OF VANILLA OR FLAVORED VANILLA ICE CREAM ON TOP. KEEP IN FREEZER. LET SOFTEN A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. MAY BE TOPPED WITH STRAWBERRIES OR PEPPERMINT CANDY SHAVINGS.
