3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. grated apple
1 c. vanilla yogurt
2 eggs, beaten

To finish donuts:
1/2 c. melted butter
cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, orange peel and nutmeg. Cut in butter.

Combine apple, yogurt and eggs, then stir into flour mixture.

Divide and spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Remove and roll into melted butter and cinnamon sugar.

(To make cinnamon sugar, combine 3/4 cups of sugar with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.)
