4 eggs;
1 cup milk;
1 cup flour;
1 T butter;
fresh limes;
fresh fruit or berries of choice;
powdered sugar.

Directions:

In blender, combine eggs and milk; slowly add 1cup flour.
Meanwhile, melt ~ 1 T butter in glass pie plate. Pour egg mixture into plate. Bake about 25 minutes in 400 degree oven (watch to prevent overbrowning.)

The original name for this recipe has been lost. The family which introduced Jake to this recipe dubbed them “show stoppers” because they wow everyone with their flavor and ease of preparation. Part omelet, part crepe, they would be a great addition to any brunch menu.
