1/2 cup milk
2-3 ripe banana's
1/8 cup pecans, if desired

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and pout into pans. Bake for 30-45 minutes depending on pan used.

I got this recipe from my neighbor, Stephanie McKee. I have made this at Christmas time and gave as gifts and everyone says it's the best Banana Nut Bread they have ever eaten. It is really delicious.
