Beef bouillon
Flour
Worcestershire or soy sauce
Salt/pepper

Brown ground beef, drain grease
Add beef bouillon and flour together to make a gravy - heat to a boil
Add Worcestershire or soy sauce to taste
Add salt/pepper to taste

Serve over mashed potatoes with a side order of spinach.
