4 cups sliced sweet potatoes
3 cups sliced apples
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, apples, salt, pepper & flour. Pour into buttered baking dish. Top with butter. Add water. Cover & Bake 30 minutes in a 350º oven. Uncover & sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes or until well glazed.
