4 cans yellow whole kernel corn, drained
1 can French slice green beans, drained
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped

Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, green beans, onion and bell pepper in bowl.
For dressing, combine ingredients in small saucepan and heat long enough to dissolve sugar.

Pour over corn mixture and toss to coat.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Drain and serve.

***Can also add grated carrots or substitute 1 cup of baby peas for the green beans.
