Bread, sliced
Chicken, cooked
Bacon, cooked crisp
Broccoli, cooked
Cream sauce
Dry sherry
Cheese, grated

Note:
Slade was an amazing cook. He didn't have measurements -- just threw things together and it always came out beautifully!

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread on bottom of casserole dish and cover with cooked chicken, bacon and broccoli. Make a cream sauce and, to every cup of sauce, add 1 tablespoon dry sherry. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cook in moderate oven until brown.
