1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (Chunky Ragu Garden, larger size)
2 lb hamburger
6 - 8 lasagna noodles
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz (or one block) Monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

Brown hamburger, drain grease off and pour spaghetti in a pan. Mix together and warm it up.
Boil noodles until tender.

In a 9 x 11 pan:

Mix 3 cheeses together

Cover the pan lightly with sauce to keep the food from sticking to the pan.

Layer these ingredients, 3 noodles across pan, sauce spread over noodles, cheeses, repeat again.

I usually do this twice and the pan is full.

Bake on 375 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes until brown.

To make larger pans of this recipe

Double hamburger (3-4 lb), Monterey jack cheese (2-3) blocks instead of one, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses (use the whole 8 oz bags), Ragu sauce (3 large jars)

Baking a larger pan will take about an hour or so. To make it a little firmer, bake a little longer.
