1 tbsp. cooking oil
6 pork chops, 1" thick
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 large onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow plate, combine salt, pepper, paprika, sage, thyme; mix.

In large skillet on medium to high heat, add cooking oil. Take each pork chop and sprinkle both sides well with dry mix. Place in hot skillet and brown, 2 minutes each side.

As chops are browned, place in center of a 12x12" piece of foil. Top with onions and sprinkle with left-over dry mix. Seal foil tightly.

Bake at 450º for 35 minutes Open foil carefully.
