Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of frozen okra
1 package of sausages
1 can of stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on medium heat. Cook okra in oil. Okra may become slimy, so add a tablespoon of vinegar. Stir okra until slime is gone. If the vegetable oil has cooked out of the skillet, add a little water. Keep heat on medium until okra is tender. Add seasoning of your choice and cover skillet.

Slice sausage in half inch pieces and boil. Add stewed tomatoes to okra (you may cut tomatoes into smaller pieces as they cook). Be sure to keep the steam in the skillet. This keeps the okra moist.

When sausage is cooked, add it to the okra. Simmer until done.
