Salmon Filet
mayonnaise
apricot jam
garlic (1/2 clove)
ginger (fresh)
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

- Spread mayonnaise on filet
- Spread apricot jam on filet
- Press garlic in garlic press; spread garlic on filet
- Grate fresh ginger and spread on filet.
- Squeeze lemon juice over filet
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350º
