1 package au graten potatoes, julienne
1 can (11 oz) shoepeg corn, drained
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
2 cups water
2 cups milk
2 cups (8 oz) cubed process American Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 qt sauce pan or crock pot, combine the contents of the potatoe package, corn, tomatoes, and water; mix well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until potatoes are tender (time will be longer for crock pot). Add milk and cheese. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted.
