2 lbs. onions,3 eggs,1 c.sour cream, 1 c. grated cheese, dash cayenne pepper, 1 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
saute cut onions in butter, beat eggs , add sour cream, cheese,pepper. put onions into pie shell, pour egg mixture over onions. bake at 350 till egg mixture is done and top is brown
