1 stick butter
1 package Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
1 8-ounce sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked squash

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350º.

Boil squash, drain. Melt butter in bottom of casserole. spread 1/2 package of herb seasoned stuffing mix on the buttered surface. Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cooked squash, and pour mixture on top of stuffing mix. Top with remainder of stuffing mix, and bake casserole at 350º for 30 minutes.
