1 box jiffy mix baked as directed,1 med onion,1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles, 1/2 cup pickle juice,1 cup mayo,5 strips fried bacon,1 med bell pepper, 4cup chopped fresh tomatoes.

Directions:
Directions:
crumble up cornbread and stir in bell pepper, onion and tomatoes. put in casserole dish. mix pickles, juice and may and spread on top of cornbread mixture. sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
