Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1, 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk

Icing:
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Hershey Bars, finely chopped

Cake:
Mix cake mix and pudding. Add oil and eggs. Mix a little milk at a time until smooth. Pour into 3 greased 8 or 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes.

Icing:
Beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Add powdered sugar; beat well. Add Cool Whip, pecans and Hershey bars. Ice Cake.

Store in Refrigerator.
