10 stalks celery (sliced long and thin)
2 green peppers (sliced long)
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms
1 can chicken broth
Small pieces cooked chicken
Soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery and peppers in broth about 5 minutes. Add onion slices and sauté another 10 minutes. Add drained mushrooms and bean sprouts (reserve the liquid) with the chicken, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook another 5 minutes. Add liquid drained from sprouts and mushrooms and a little more broth if necessary. Serve with boiled rice.
