1 bag Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups,
2 1/4 c all-purpose flour,
1 tsp baking soda,
1 tsp salt,
2 sticks butter-softened,
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c packed brown sugar,
1 tsp vanilla,
2 large eggs,

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375º
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl
Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
Gradually beat in flour mixture
Grease mini muffin tins ( can use Pam)
Roll dough into balls about 1 1/4"
Put 1 ball into each muffin cup
Bake @375º for 9'-12'
Press 1 peanut butter cup into each muffin
Bake for a few minutes more until chocolate is soft about 4'
Cool
