2 turkey breasts
1 doz. hard boiled eggs
1 - 1 1/2 stalks finely chopped celery
1 qt. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 Tbl. prepared mustard
1 3-oz pkgs. slivered almond, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer turkey breast on top of stove, approximately 3 hours, or until tender. When cool, cut turkey into bite-sized pieces. Chop eggs and mix with celery and turkey. Then add mayonnaise, mustard and lemons. Serve over lettuce.

Garnish with parsley and assorted raw vegetables, if desired. Pineapple chunks also go well with this. Recipe can be halved.
