1/2 lb. sliced bacon
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
10-12 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 lb. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and drain on paper towel. In pan drippings, saute onion and green pepper until tender; remove with slotted spoon.

In large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Stir in hash browns, cheese, seasonings, green pepper, onion and bacon. Put in greased 9x13" pan.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 35-45 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
