2 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 cup half-and-half cream
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. cod
1 sm. can crab meat or 1/2 pkg. frozen crab
1 can or bag small shrimp

Directions:
In medium-size fry pan, melt butter. Add 2 tbsp. flour; stir until all butter is melted and mixture is paste-like. Gradually add cream; stir until smooth. Add soup, peppers; mix well. Place in casserole dish.

In same fry pan, add 1 cup water,onions, cod, crab and shrimp. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add to casserole mix.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Should be creamy. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
