Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3- 8 ounce bags Pepperidge Farm dressing
1 1/2 cups celery ( chopped )
1 1/2 cups onion ( chopped )
1 stick margarine
3 to 4 eggs
1 tsp. sage
2 to 3 tbsp. poultry seasoning
3 to 4 cans chicken broth
8 oz. oysters ( optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Put the margarine, onions and celery in pan and cook until soft about 2 minutes. Mix dressing, sage and poultry seasoning together. Add onions and celery mixture along with eggs. Add 3 cans of broth and stir well. Add the last can broth a little at a time, you want the mixture moist but not soupy. Divide the mixture 2/3 into a 9x13 dish that has been sprayed. Add the oysters to the last 1/3 and put in a 8x8 pan. Cook in 350º oven for about 45 minutes or until the top is brown. The oyster dressing will take longer because of the extra liquid from the oysters. I usually cut the oysters up before adding to the dressing.

Personal Notes:
This is Harold's grandmothers recipe. She divided the recipe because not all the family liked oyster dressing. She was a wonderful cook and a beautiful person. We lost her when she was 101 years old.
