1 loaf sour dough bread - Round
1/2 c butter + 2 T
1 bunch green onions chopped
12 gloves of garlic finely minced
8 oz cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
12 oz grated med sharp cheddar cheese
1 10 oz jar artichokes, in water
6 Small French rolls
Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion and garlic until wilted in butter. Cut cream cheese into chunks, add garlic, onion,sour cream and cheddar cheese. Mix well, fold in artichokes (or spinach). Put hollowed out bread onto double criss cross foil, fill with the prepared sauce and wrap with foil. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Slice French rolls and serve along side for dipping.
