Turkey neck, gizzard, liver and heart
4 1/2 cups Hot water
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the neck, gizzard, liver and heart in water seasoned with salt and pepper. When cooked, discard neck.
In mason jar, mix 1/2 jar of hot water and 1/2 cup flour, and shake well to keep from lumping. Pour into pan and add chopped eggs. Simmer over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
