8 manicotti shells
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
2 c cooked chicken (shred or dice)
1/4 c diced onions
1/2 c mushrooms (slice or dice)
2 tbsp butter
1/4 c warm water
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 c cheese (whatever kind you like)

Cook manicotti shells according to directions. Combine soup and sour cream. Combine 1/2 of this mixture with the cooked chicken. Stuff the shells. Place the shells in a greased baking dish. Saute the mushrooms and onions in butter. In a cup dissolve the bouillon in the water. Pour this in the reserve soup mixture. Next, add the mushrooms and onions. Spoon this mixture over the shells. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
