2 t sugar
2/3 c warm water
2 pkg yeast (dry)
Put in bowl and let stand 10 minutes.
Then Add:
1 c warm milk
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 c butter or margarine (shortening)
2 eggs (beaten)
3 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stirring vigorously for 2 or 3 minutes, then stir in 2-3 cups more flour to make a soft dough.
Roll in a ball and knead.
Place dough in a plastic bag and let stand 20 minutes to rest.
Punch down and put into buns, cinnamon roll or whatever you want.
Place this in your pans that have been greased and placed in refrigerator 2 - 24 hours.
Take out ten minutes in room temperature before cooking in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
