Directions:
Place first 8 ingredients in above order in bread machine and set for dough cycle. (Should be about 1 1/2 hours)

After dough cycle completes, turn out dough onto a floured surface and add a little dust of flour if too sticky to work with. Shape into twelve rolls, placing them into a 13x9 baking pan that has been lightly greased and then the bottom only lined with parchment paper. Will have rolls lined up 3 rows of 4 ...or if do sixteen rolls 4 rows of 4 rolls.
Let rise for about one to two hours or until double in size ( depends on temperature of kitchen)

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush tops of rolls with melted butter or margarine prior to baking.
Bake approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and lightly brush with more melted butter or margarine, if desired.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
***make sure that the yeast, egg, bread flour (if you keep in freezer) is all room temperature.
***when measuring flour, if you scoop it directly from the bag, rolls will end up too heavy/dense and dry so spoon the flour from the bag into the measuring cup and then level off over bag so the rolls are light and tender.
***make sure to check the temperature of the water as will that it is as close to 110 degrees as possible or the yeast will not process correctly and the dough will not rise.
