Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 bags corn bread stuffing mix (pepperidge farm 14 oz )
1 bag seasoned stuffing mix (pepperidge farm 14 oz)
4 to 6 hard boiled eggs, rough chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 sweet yellow onion, chopped
couple tbsp butter
2 1/2 cups to 3 cups Turkey pan drippings (enough to get desired consistency) or chicken broth if do not roast turkey
hot water (enough to get desired consistency)
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped celery and onion in butter over medium heat until tender. In large, deep foil roasting pan, combine stuffing mix , celery and onions, and remaining ingredients. ***Add broth and then enough hot water to reach desired consistency. If like dry, less water, if moist - more water. Nana's always looked almost soupy before baking.
Cover with foil and bake 325 degrees for approximately 21/2 to 3 hours until knife comes out clean in middle
(last 15 to 20 minutes remove foil to brown)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
***They no longer manufacture Orowheat stuffing mix which we always used, but the Pepperidge farm cornbread is a good substitute
