Directions:
Prime Rib-450 degree oven for 1/2 hr, then 325 degrees for the remainder. 18' per lb.for rare.

Rack of Lamb-350 degree oven for 30' for med-rare, then check. Most racks are 1 1/2lbs. If smaller, may be less time and larger more time.

Beef Tenderloin-450 degree oven for 40'-45' for rare.
