10 Chicken Tenderloins thawed
10-20 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
8 oz jar of Sunluck Hoisin Sauce

Remove and discard or save outer leaves of romaine lettuce. Wash lettuce leaves. Let dry in fridge or in a salad spinner. Cut chicken tenderloins lengthwise if more than an inch and a half wide. Cook chicken tenderloins in fry pan that has been sprayed lightly with olive oil. When chicken is no longer pink in the middle, place on lettuce leaves while still hot. Pour a 1/4 inch wide strip of hoisin sauce down each cooked chicken tenderloin. Serve on a a decorative plate.
