3 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar (additional sugar needed to roll cookie dough in)
2 sticks Butter
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tbsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
approx. 1/4 c. Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375º
Combine all dry items (excluding the cinnamon) into a large mixing bowl. Stir together. Melt butter separately until it is liquefied. Add butter to dry mixture. Beat vanilla and eggs together in a separate bowl. Pour vanilla and eggs into dry mixture. Use your hands to mix all ingredients together. Once mixture is complete roll cookie dough into ping pong size balls. In a separate bowl combine approx 1 1/2-2 cups sugar and the cinnamon (mixture can vary depending on how much you want your cookies to taste like cinnamon)... roll cookie dough balls into the cinnamon and sugar till they are coated. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
