1 (14 oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk)
3/4 egg substitute, or 1 med egg
1/2 cup Key lime juice that have been squeezed
2 t Key lime zest
1 6 oz reduced fat ready made crust
1 (8 -oz) container fat free frozen Cool Whip
thawed
Garnish with lime peel strips

º350. Whisk together first four ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into pie shell. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at º350 for 17 minutes or until set. Remove pie from cookie sheet to wire rack, and let pie cool completely (at least an hour) Chill 3-24 hours. Top with Cool whip and garnish is desired. *Regular bottle lime juice may be substituted but its not as good.
