1. 3 cups flour
2. 2 cups sugar
3. 1 tsp salt
4. 1 tsp baking soda
5. 1 tsp cinnamon

6. 3 eggs, lightly beaten
7. 1 1/2 cups Crisco oil
8. 1 small flat can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
9. 2 cups mashed bananas (very ripe)
10. 1 tsp vanilla
11. 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan or bowl sift together 1 through 5 and make a hole in center. Add 6 through 11 and mix with a spoon.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake one hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
****DO NOT open oven for first hour!!!!!!
