1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten
1/2-2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons cut onion
salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Form into balls and brown. Put in pan and pour 1 can Golden Mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water mixed. Heat in oven about 1/2 hour or so. Can also be frozen, then add little more water when reheating in oven.
