2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 soup can of water
1/4 cup chopped onion
12 corn tortillas
2 to 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
(or 2 cans white meat chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine soup, tomatoes and water. Add chicken and simmer about 5 minutes. Layer 6 corn tortillas in bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Put layer of 1/2 of soup mixture over tortillas and then layer of cheese. Repeat with another layer of 6 tortillas, other 1/2 of soup and remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
