1 tsp. lemon zest
3 T. fresh lemon juice, divided
1 T. snipped fresh parsley

Directions:
Stir together mayonnaise, chives, lemon zest, 1 T. lemon juice, parsley, and pepper in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. In another small bowl, combine remaining lemon juice, oil, Worcestershire, and rosemary. Set aside for basting. Place salmon in greased grill basket or cut several slits in heavy foil and place on foil. Turn under ends of fish for even cooking. Measure fillet thickness, and place on preheated gas grill and cook 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness, brushing often with basting mixture. Turn halfway through cooking time. Also can be done under broiler in oven. Serve hot with dollops of chilled lemon mayonnaise.
