2 lbs. chicken breast cut in 1 inch pieces
1/4 c flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 T butter:

Peanut sauce:
1/3 c Peanut butter
1 T Sesame oil
1 tsp. Curry powder
2 T Brown sugar
1 T Ginger
1 tsp. Garlic
1 c. chicken or vegetable broth

1 c. julienned carrots
1 c. julienned bell pepper
1 c. snow peas
1 c. bean sprouts
Limes and fresh basil for garnish
1 lb. thin spaghetti or lingiuni
1 T rice wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken in flour mixed with salt, paprika and pepper; brown the chicken in hot butter-and set aside.
Place the carrots, peppers and snow peas in a colander.
Cook the noodles al dente.
Pour the noodles over the raw vegetables and set aside.
Heat the sauce ingedients in a saucepan to boiling.
Remove from heat, add vinegar and toss with the noodle/veggie combination and chicken. Top with sprouts and basil. Squeeze each serving with lime.
