1 pkg Dried beef
1 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
Grated Onion
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp mayo
Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop dried beef. Mix cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Blend in dried beef but save out small portion to cover outside of finished ball. Shape into ball, roll in remaining dried beef, then refrigerate.
