48 oz. Chicken Broth
10 oz. Chopped Frozen Spinach, Thawed and drained
2 Onions, Chopped
2 c. Carrots, Chopped
2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 c. Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
3 oz. Pasta Acini De Pepe or Orzo
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large pot combine broth, spinach, onions, carrots, celery. mix and simmer
2. In bowl combine beef, breadcrumbs, and egg. Make into small meatballs and drop into soup.
3. Allow to simmer for 1 hour. Add pasta 30 mins. before serving.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
