Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb. of Ground Beef
2 Cans of Creamed Corn
8-10 Medium size potatoes
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/3 c. Milk (about)
1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
On medium high heat cook ground beef until no longer pink, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Wash potatoes. Cut and peel and boil until tender. (Until you can pierce potatoes with a fork, about 15 to 20 min)
With an electric mixer, or masher even a fork will do, mash potatoes.
Do not over beat if using an electric mixer.
Add the 2 table spoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of mayo,1/3 of milk and garlic salt along with salt and pepper to taste beating until creamy. Add more milk if needed to get the correct consistency.
In a sauce pan heat your creamed corn until hot ( I usually do this last because it only takes about 5 minutes to heat )
Then in small cereal/soup size bowls I put mashed potatoes first , topped with the ground beef and then topped with the cream corn. I serve them individually. SO DELICIOUS, VERY FILLING, QUICK AND SUPER EASY
~OPTIONAL
(for an even quicker way you can use boxed mashed potatoes)
Serving Suggestion:
Sometimes I serve it with some garlic bread.
