1 lb Velveeta Cheese
1(12 oz.) medium cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick margarine
1 (16 oz.) jar of mayonnaise
3 eggs
½ to 1 jar of sliced jalapeño peppers
1 (7 oz.) jar diced pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Melt all the cheese in a double boiler. Mix butter (melted), eggs, and mayonnaise in another bowl while the cheese is melting. Add chopped peppers and the pimentos to this mixture. When cheese is melted and creamy, add everything else to it. Blend together with a mixer on low speed until it is smooth. Pour into containers and refrigerate. Makes about 2 quarts.
