1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted

1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 box powdered sugar (about 3 1/2 cups)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix cake mix with butter and pat into a lightly greased 13x9 pan.

Blend together the cream cheese, eggs and powdered sugar. Spread over cake layer.

Bake approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
