2 lbs ground chuck beef
1 (6oz) box Stovetop © chicken stuffing mix
1/2 to 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's © barbecue sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix water, stuffing mix, eggs, beef, and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in a 13x9 baking pan.
Top with enough remaining barbecue sauce to coat.
Bake approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 to 20 minute or until done.
