1 stick butter
1 14oz can creamed corn
1 14oz can whole kernel corn, save liquid
1 8oz sour cream
1 8oz Jiffy corn bread mix
2 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt 1/2 stick butter in 2 qt. casserole. In bowl mix both cans of corn and 2/3 cups of corn liquid, sour cream and other 1/2 stick butter. Mix well adding cornbread mix. Bake for 15 minutes, cover with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
