Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 bags tortellini (not frozen, any variety not meat, I like the Barilla spinach and cheese varieties)
2 bags fresh baby spinach
1 clamshell of cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
4-5 pressed garlic cloves
1/2 bottle (approximately) of Hidden Valley Ranch
1/4 bottle (approximately) of Newman's Italian or Ken's Northern Italian
McCormick's Salad Supreme Spice
Fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
Bacon - chopped up - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tortellini according to package directions, drain and run under cold water (continue running under cold water until ready to mix with other ingredients to avoid sticking) Brown pressed garlic cloves in olive oil. Blanch spinach - bring water to a boil add spinach and cook until it begins to wilt (approximately 1 minute), drain and rinse in cold water, squeeze out excess water and chop. Mix together salad dressings and shake in some Salad Supreme spice. In a large bowl combine tortellini and salad dressing, mix to avoid sticking; then add garlic, bacon, spinach and shredded Parmesan, add tomatoes last.
Top with a little more shredded parm and salad supreme spice

Personal Notes:
Sorry, there are a lot of approximates in this salad! It kind of goes by your taste! I never add the bacon as I think it has enough flavor without it, but the recipe does call for it.
