Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 bottle salsa (I like medium heat)
1 tomato
1 package shredded cheese (I like the Taco/Mexican variety 2 cup size)
Lettuce (I use either the bagged shredded or other bagged variety and usually don't use the whole bag)
Chopped onion (optional - I never use it, but my Mom always did! probably a couple tablespoons)
Bag of Tostitos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning according to package instructions.
Blend together sour cream and cream cheese.
In a 9X13 baking dish layer the ingredients in the following order:
Sour cream/cream cheese mixture
Bottle of salsa
Cooked ground beef/taco seasoning mixture
Onion (if using!)
Tomato
Package of shredded cheese
Lettuce
Can be served immediately with Tostitos, although I like to put it in the fridge for a couple hours as it has more flavor!
