2 cans diced tomatoes, drained
1 can Del Monte Mexican style stewed tomatoes (or store brand), undrained
1 can Rotel , original or mild, drained
1 small can tomato paste
1 cup chopped sweet yellow onion
½ to 2/3 cup fresh cilantro , or more…to taste
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 to 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice ( sometimes use all juice from 1 small lime)

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, pulse all canned tomatoes and onions a few times. Add seasonings, vinegar, and lime juice and pulse a couple more times. The add cilantro and pulse a few a more times. Pour into bowl or jars. (can adjust seasonings to make milder, hotter, etc.)
