1 pkg. (16 oz.) small shell pasta; cook; drain
2 cans (5 oz.) water-packed tuna; well drained
2 tbsp. butter
12 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1-1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups whole milk
2 jars (2 oz.) pimento; drained and diced
1 can (14 oz.) small early peas; drained
2 cups medium aged cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Season with garlic salt, salt, pepper. In large bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise and milk. Whisk in tuna, noodles, pimento, peas. Pour in greased 9x13" baking dish; cover with cheese.

Optional: Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips.

Bake at 350º for 55 minutes.
