3 lbs butternut squash
4 T butter
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 T honey
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º. Halve the squash lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, wrap the squash loosely in foil, and bake for 1 hour or until tender. Let the squash cool until easily handled, then scrape out the flesh and puree in a food processor or through a food mill. Mix in the butter and the seasonings. Stirring constantly, reheat the puree over medium heat and serve hot.
